What you should know.
Co-working Space
Coworking space allows you to start out with a 6-12 month commitment. You get the convenience and flexibility of taking furnished, wired, and well designed space that's ready immediately and easy to maintain. Plus, it comes with amenities like snacks, reception, and events.
Direct Lease
Direct office space makes sense if you're looking for a longer term (3+ years) and there isn't a less expensive sublease that suits your needs. You have your choice of prebuilt space that the landlord will modify to fit your needs, or a white-box space that you can build to your specifications.
Short Term Sublease
Short term subleases (1-3 years) have become a more popular option than ever before. You can find a discounted space that works for your needs, and is already furnished and ready to go. You get the benefit of a great space and a shorter term than most landlords will take on a direct lease.
Terminating your lease
Little-known secret: if you are outgrowing your current space or need to exit your lease for any reason, we can help with that! Most landlords want to avoid the time, cost, and hassle of the courts and are willing to find a solution that allows the tenant to pay a fraction of your remaining lease obligation.
