  • Michael’s experience in development and operations in multiple industries have served him well in commercial real estate — solving the problems his clients face with pragmatism and an expert POV.

  • Past clients include Nassau County, the Village of Greenport, New York Power Authority, National Grid, Public Service Gas & Electric, Lightyear Capital, Calpine, Olin Corp, Conoco/Phillips, Hitachi, Wood Group, and York International.

  • His behind-the-scenes global experience as a COO and CTO makes him very nimble at discovering what you do and how you do it — the key to finding the best space. He’ll examine all the possibilities to help you make it work, no matter what.

PLAY

  • Though he has worked all over the world, NYC is his passion, personally and professionally. He was born here and is raising a family here. He’s involved with community organizations and select boards including Riverside Park Fund, Rodeph Sholom Synagogue, Row New York, West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, 420 Riverside Owners Corp, and his local neighborhood soup kitchen (at Broadway Presbyterian Church).

  • What lights me up: When the weather's nice he loves biking around NYC and when it isn't he'll jump on his Peloton to work up a sweat.
