Jennifer Scolnick graduated from New York University with a degree in urban design and architecture and received her J.D. from New York Law School with a focus on real estate. Only after becoming a licensed attorney did she revert back to her true passion, New York’s brick and mortar.
Now, Jennifer has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Before Vicus she spent 3 years at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank managing the Flatiron Building and 230 Fifth Avenue and then as a licensed broker and leasing specialist. Currently her focus is on industries including fashion, startups, spa, media and tech while maintaining her membership of the Center for Real Estate Studies.
She loves to cook, although she admits she is avid collector of the kind of cookbooks with recipes that no one without a professional kitchen could ever attempt. There’s nowhere she won’t travel for unmatched dining experiences either and she recently went to Zanzibar and Japan.
