Roy became an astute observer and a creative problem solver through years of writing and filmmaking for ABC Television, Disney Studios and ESPN. An opportunity to manage Class A buildings at Lee & Associates helped evolve his skills. For 3 years he anticipated the niche needs of all different kinds of businesses, delivering solutions before they even knew they had a problem.
Roy grew up in New York, in his family run jewelry business and graduated from Binghamton University. With the recent surge of interest in commercial office space in Brooklyn, Roy’s understanding of the neighborhoods and subcultures in Kings County has helped him relocate many clients to or within Brooklyn. His out of the box thinking coupled with experience in commercial property management have helped close many deals for a new generation of startups and tech companies.
Roy’s been playing music since he was 12, and his band, The U.S. Americans, has been together for just over a year and a half. He is on the Board of the International Sephardic Education Foundation (ISEF).
