For over twelve years Jonathan was a corporate attorney at top law firms in New York like Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, focusing on real-estate, hospitality and commercial litigation. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to spot overlooked connections helped him save his clients hundreds of millions of dollars in potential liability over the course of his legal career.
He brings that same creativity and sleuth like talent for uncovering overlooked value to his current work both as a real estate investor and tenant representative.
In addition to heading the Law Firm Group at Vicus, Jonathan is the managing member of Two Bridges Asset Management LLC, a company he founded in 2013 to help investors participate directly in multifamily residential real estate investments.
He has degrees from Harvard College and Columbia Law School, worked in Japan after college, and speaks Japanese fluently. He is on the Board of Directors of The Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization, Inc. and the Brooklyn Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and a member of the Harvard Club of NYC and The Montauk Club of Brooklyn. Jonathan lives in Brooklyn with his wife and daughters.
