Charles brings a passion for helping organizations leverage their ecosystems effectively and efficiently. Born in Haiti, raised in Massachusetts, Charles can trace his passion for commercial real estate back to helping convert his family’s factory into a shared working space for expats seeking to return to their native Haiti.
His work with organizations such as MIT, MassChallenge, and Babson have all contributed to an approach focused on the intangible attributes that allow for businesses to succeed. As an organizer of MIT's Global Startup Workshop he led initiatives leveraging expat communities in the US and beyond for iterations in Estonia and Morocco. As a New Sector Fellow he helped MassChallenge, the world's largest accelerator program, identify ways to strengthen programming with local colleges and universities. Charles volunteers for fatem.org — an education non-profit where social businesses generate revenue to support the operations of schools.
Charles received a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Leadership Studies from Williams College and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson. Charles lives in Westchester with his wife and enjoys playing tennis when the opportunity arises.
